Create the job

Go to app.fiduwork.com/company/jobs/new. Set a title, description, budget, experience level, required skills, an optional category, and the Connect cost per application (default 4).

Pick a payment rail

Choose Fiat (USD via Stripe) or Crypto (USDC). Crypto jobs require a linked wallet and set a USDC amount.
