Posting & taking crypto jobs (USDC)

A crypto job sets a USDC amount and settles on-chain. Post it from /company/jobs/new with the Crypto rail selected; browse crypto jobs with the on-chain filter on /jobs.

How escrow is created

The factory's createEscrow is deployer-gated, so a platform keeper deploys the escrow shortly after posting. The client signs only a USDC approval; the keeper finalizes.
