Approving, requesting changes & rejecting

When work is submitted (contract SUBMITTED), you have three options:

• Approve — releases escrow (90% to freelancer, 10% platform fee); contract becomes PAID and the job COMPLETED.
• Request changes — returns the contract to FUNDED with a revision note.
• Reject & refund — opens a dispute and refunds the client.
